Photo Friday - The Beach

I took this two years ago at Perdido Key, about a year after Hurricane Ivan devastated the Gulf Coast. The storm really destroyed much of the dune structure. But, the The many of the sea oats survived and are helping to rebuild the dunes naturally. The day I shot this there was a nice gently onshore breeze and the sea oats were swaying gently in a breeze.
